The villa is located approximately 3.5 km from the center of Makarska and around 4 km from the nearest beach. It is ideal for up to 5 guests, with the possibility to accommodate a 6th person on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (topper provided).

The lower ground floor features a private garage, fitness room, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, bathroom with shower, as well as entertainment facilities including a dance pole, billiards table, table football, dartboard, and TV.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with SAT TV, and an additional bathroom. The outdoor terrace offers a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols, and a dining area with a fire grill—perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms, each with its own balcony. The first bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second, larger bedroom is a triple room with one double bed and one single bed, also featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, SAT TV, and Wi-Fi.

Villa Gabriel is located in Kotišina, approximately two kilometers from the center of Makarska. Two bedrooms with balconies offer views of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar.
